Discovery Session - 1 to 2 hours

Service Description

Are you curious about coaching but not ready to commit to a full package?  Try out a discovery session to learn about the process and see if it's right for you. During the discovery session we'll get to know each other, talk about how the coaching process works, and use some coaching tools to help you learn about your values, priorities, and motivators.  If there's time, we can also discuss goals you may want to work on in the future. The amount paid for this session can be applied to the cost of a full coaching package if purchased within one week of the discovery session.
